Christopherson Agency Inc is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our agency representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property & Casualty License in ND &/or MN required. Must have or must be willing to obtain license within two months of employment. (agency will pay for all continuing education and licensure renewal fees moving forward.)
- Life & Heath License in ND &/or MN (not required upon hire but desired)
- Sales experience (including but not limited to outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred but not required.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Starting Employment Package Includes but is not limited to:
$18- $23/ hour base pay. Depending upon Licensure Status & Experience. (Annual base pay wage increases are custom)
Base Pay= $39,840/y Plus Commission thru $50,240/yr Plus Commission.
50% of Agency commission on products written for which you have a license. The sky is the limit with endless opportunities.
$200 / month health allowance paid to everyone.
Approximately 14 days Paid Time Off. Including Holidays paid while off and Birthdays Paid while off.
3% Simple IRA Match upon 6 months of employment.
