RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property & Casualty License in ND &/or MN required. You must have a license in order to obtain an interview for employment. (agency will pay for all continuing education and licensure renewal fees moving forward.)
- Life & Heath License in ND &/or MN (not required upon hire but desired)
- Sales experience (including but not limited to outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred but not required.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Compensation: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
